In difficult times, too, we stand by our responsibility as a globally active family business and are continuing our long-standing "Donations instead of Gifts" Christmas campaign. For the fourth time since 2017 we are doing without Christmas gifts and are instead supporting three aid organisations in their important work for the people in the countries of the Global South.

Our cooperation partners Ingenieure ohne Grenzen, Viva con Agua and BORDA are committed to providing worldwide access to clean drinking water and good hygiene and sanitation for people everywhere. For this purpose they plan, implement and support innovative projects in Africa and Asia which effectively improve the lives and health of many thousands of people in severely disadvantaged regions of the world.

Every year at Christmas we draw the attention of our colleagues, customers and business associates to this commitment and introduce them to three current projects which we support in a very concrete way with our Christmas donation. On the website weihnachtsaktion.hansa-flex.com you can vote on the distribution of the donation by selecting your preferred project.

This year you can cast your vote for a mobile drilling rig for well construction in Ethiopia, solar-powered hand washing systems for schools in the Himalayas or intelligent water supply systems with extensive training for local workmen in Guinea.
