Construction work has begun on the expansion of the HANSA-FLEX headquarters in Bremen. With the signing of the contract at the beginning of August, BREMER AG was officially commissioned with the project. The owner-managed public limited company is Germany's leader in turnkey construction with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, and has proven its expertise in numerous reference projects. Following the demolition of an existing factory building on the new site, which is only a few minutes' walk from the existing HANSA-FLEX HQ, the structural engineering work will begin at the beginning of September.

The base slab is scheduled to be completed in January 2021. By October 2021 four building complexes will be erected one after the other, housing not only the largest high-bay warehouse for hose products in Europe but also the production facility and offices. At an investment volume of 18 to 20 million euros, this is the largest construction project in the history of HANSA-FLEX.
